As Coco Cubes™ makes the switch to our new website, we will be bringing some of our earlier blog posts over and revisiting them to reflect the current direction of the company. It is fun to look at these words six months later and reflect on what has changed and what has stayed the same. This first blog post rings true the same as ever. Enjoy!

Hello everyone! This is Matt from Coco Cubes™, and I am thrilled to announce that we officially incorporated on May 11, 2024. Welcome to our very first blog post! It's been over a year since Bill and I discovered our incredible product on the beautiful island of Tahiti.
Reflecting on those early days feels almost dreamlike. We would wake up before dawn, brew a big pot of coffee with our newly discovered fresh coconut cream—sometimes adding cinnamon, cacao, and honey—and sip on it as the sun began to rise. We then paddled out to the surf spot under the intense morning sunrise and rode the crystal-clear blue waves for hours. The experience was unforgettable, and the idea of the perfect, pure, unadulterated coconut cream coffee stayed with us even after returning to America.
Fortunately, I spend half the year in another coconut paradise, which gave Bill and me plenty of opportunities to refine our creation. We made batch after batch of fresh coconut cream, using it in coffee, smoothies, and various recipes. We shared it with our family and friends, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Eventually, we realized we had something truly special on our hands and decided to turn it into a business.
Launching Coco Cubes™ felt like the natural next step for several reasons:
A Simple and Perfect Product: It's rare to find such a good, simple product as fresh coconut cream. It practically found us, and we knew we had to share it with the world.
Health Benefits: The product is incredibly healthy. It benefits my family and me, and we are excited to offer this healthy alternative to processed coconut goods. Forget about canned coconut cream with guar gum, sugary processed coconut water, and low-grade coconut oils. Coconuts are a nutritional powerhouse, but their water, meat, and oils spoil quickly in their natural state.
Passion and Vision: Living among millions of palm trees, I couldn't stop thinking about Coco Cubes™. We are committed to bringing this pure, natural, and delicious product to the world.
We invite you to join us on this journey from the tropics to the Northeast, to New Jersey, where Bill and I were born and raised, and where the first headquarters of Coco Cubes LLC is located. Our goal is to make Coco Cubes™ Fresh Pressed Coconut Cream available across the USA as soon as possible. We are working on getting our product certified and will be bringing it to farmers markets, coffee shops, and supermarkets soon.
In Tahitian, the mother island is called Nave Nave Fenua, meaning "Land of Delights." We invite you to share in this simple delight with us!
